You are eligible for a full refund of your $1.00 trial fee within 30 days of purchase if you are a first-time trial user, have not received a previous trial refund on any account, have not violated our terms of service, and submit the request through official channels.
Regular Subscription Refunds
Regular subscription fees are generally non-refundable except in specific cases such as documented service unavailability exceeding 24 consecutive hours, technical issues verified by our team that prevent core feature access, or billing errors like duplicate charges.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for partial or unused subscription time after cancellation, plan downgrades, or if you change your mind or fail to cancel before the renewal date.
