Where is my refund?
Once a refund is processed on our end, it can take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you haven't received it after 10 business days, please contact us with your transaction details.
I didn’t authorize a subscription or a recurring charge.
All our subscription plans, following the initial trial period, are set to renew automatically as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. If you believe a charge was made in error or without authorization, please contact our support team immediately at support@mindanalyze.com so we can investigate.
I wasn’t aware of the fees.
We strive to be transparent about our pricing. The cost of the trial and the subsequent recurring subscription fee of $19.99 every two weeks is clearly displayed on the payment page before you complete your purchase. If you would like to stop future payments, you can cancel your subscription at any time through our Unsubscribe Portal.
